The governonr has suspended all extra curricular activities for Fremont HS for two weeks. We will hold tryouts on Nov. 23. Seniors and Juniors will tryout from 2:30-4. Sophomores and Freshman will tryout from 4-5:30. Minor setback but we will be ready when we get the go ahead from our leaders.

DO NOT GATHER TO PLAY BASKETBALL TOGETHER. YOU CAN WORKOUT ON YOUR OWN. PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING WORKOUT BY YOURSELF OR YOUR IMMEDIATE HOUSEHOLD FAMILY MEMBER. YOU DON’T NEED TO DO THE WORKOUT ON THE TRACK. YOU CAN SPRINT IN YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD. If it is cold, then dress warm. If you are still cold, then run faster. If it is hard, then push through it. We have a state title to defend and nobody will be doing what we are willing to do.

In the meantime, here is your workout:

Monday, Nov. 9 – Run 10 – 200 meter SPRINTS with 90 second rest in between. Then, complete 100 full range push-ups.

Tuesday, Nov. 10 – Run 8 – 200 meter SPRINTS with 80 second rest in between. Complete 80 full range push-ups.

Wednesday, Nov. 11 – Run 10 – 200 meter SPRINTS with 80 second rest in between. Complete 100 full range push-ups.

Thursday, Nov. 12 – Run 12 – 200 meter SPRINTS with 80 second rest in between. Complete 120 full range push-ups.

Friday, Nov. 13 – Run 12 – 200 meter SPRINTS with 75 second rest in between. Complete 120 full range push-ups.

Saturday, Nov. 14 – Run 2 miles and run 6 – 200 meter SPRINTS with 70 seconds rest in between. Complete 60 push-ups.

Sunday, Nov. 15 – Recover

Monday, Nov. 16 – Run 12 – 200 meter SPRINTS with 75 second rest in between. Complete 120 full range push-ups.

Tuesday, Nov. 17 – Run 8 – 200 meter SPRINTS with 75 second rest and run 4- 400 meter SPRINTS with 75 second rest in between. Complete 125 full range push-ups.

Wednesday, Nov. 18 – Run 8 – 200 meter SPRINTS with 60 second rest and run 4 -400 meter SPRINTS with 60 second rest in between. Complete 125 full range push-ups.

Thursday, Nov. 19 – Run 6 – 200 meter SPRINTS and run 6 – 400 meter SPRINTS with 60 second rest in between. Complete 125 full range push-ups.

Friday, Nov. 20 – Run 4 – 200 meter SPRINTS and run 8 – 400 meter SPRINTS with 60 second rest in between. Complete 130 full range push-ups.

Saturday, Nov. 21 – Run 2 miles and run 8 – 400 meter SPRINTS with 60 second rest in between. Complete 100 full range push-ups.

Conditioning for us will not be an issue. Fatigue is going to be a problem for the other team. We will play at a great pace on offense and defense and will run teams out of the gym!
